Mst. Nur Nahar

Mst. Nur Nahar (24) lives with her husband Md. Minazur Rahman (30) at Omar Majid union in Rajarhat upazila, Kurigram district. She has one daughter and one son. They don’t have any cultivable land, even leased land for cultivation. During the lean period, Nur Nahar had to work alongside her husband and also offer door-to-door domestic service in order to make ends meet. But despite Nur Nahar's best efforts, her hard work was not enough to fulfill family needs.
